1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Global ALTAJIR offers refunds for its services. Due to the nature of our consultancy, business setup, and IT services, our refund policy is service-specific and outlined below.
2. Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. These fees cover the time and expertise of our consultants during the assessment and planning phase of your service engagement.
3. Business Setup & Visa Services
Fees paid for government registration, license applications, and visa processing are generally non-refundable as they are paid to third-party government authorities on your behalf. These fees are subject to the policies of the respective government bodies.
Our service fees (the portion paid to Global ALTAJIR for processing and consultancy) may be partially refundable if the service has not yet commenced, subject to an administration charge of 20%.
4. Website Development & IT Services
For website development and software projects:
- Before project start: Full refund less 15% administration fee
- After project commencement (up to 25% completion): 50% refund of remaining balance
- After 25% completion: No refund is applicable as significant work has been invested
5. ERP Solutions
ERP implementation projects involve significant upfront planning, configuration, and licensing costs. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and depends on the project stage. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
6. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Monthly retainer fees for digital marketing services are non-refundable for work already delivered. If you wish to cancel a retainer agreement, please provide 30 days' written notice. Fees paid in advance beyond the notice period may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
7. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us in writing at support@globalaltajir.com within 14 days of the date your payment was made. Include:
- Your full name and contact information
- The service for which you are requesting a refund
- The reason for your refund request
- Your payment reference or invoice number
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method originally used. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team at support@globalaltajir.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally.
